WINDOWS We mainly install high-quality windows from KCT. The built-in hinged windows and skylights are characterized by double glazing, thermally insulating special hard glass, excellent soundproofing properties and burglary protection. All windows are equipped with insect and sun protection blinds and can be ordered with extra-dense Black-Fly fabric on request. There are many different window sizes to choose from.  

DOORS Our wing doors are usually provided with at least a 3-point locking system. Alternatively, we offer an innovative in-house development - the electrical safety swing door. Similar to a bus, the door opens parallel to the side, which reduces the risk of personal injury or material damage from strong winds. All doors can be ordered with an integrated window. As an additional option, we offer a suitable mosquito curtains for every door variant.

Doors, hatches and crawl through can be ordered keyed alike on request. High-quality stainless steel elements such as handles ensure maximum durability.

Choosing the right staircase depends on many factors - we offer two different solutions that are versatile.

STORAGE BOX STAIRS The extremely sturdy storage box steps can be folded up and stowed away again in just a few simple steps. The locking mechanisms are intuitive and easy to use, the high-quality heavy-duty slides ensure quiet movement. The aluminum steps are slightly ribbed and thus not only increase slip resistance, but also prevent your furry friend from getting their claws caught. Since the stairs do not stand on the ground, they are less susceptible to dirt and also offer insects no easy access to your living cabin.

Both the storage box and the base frame can be powder-coated in the color of your choice. When ordering several storage boxes, the storage box can of course also be designed to be keyed alike.

STEPLADDER-STEP The space-saving stepladder is pushed into the container frame. It is pulled out to be used and one end placed on the ground, making it very stable and reducing movement when stepping on it. This type of staircase has the advantage of always being levelled and therefore is always easy to walk on. With a higher number of steps, the stairs can be set up flatter - this not only makes it easier for children to get on, but also for pets.

Each stepladder is custom-made and is basically adapted to the respective vehicle or the respective mobile home.

We create individual floor plans according to customer requirements. You can put together your own personal layout from a wide range of interior modules. You can choose from:  

• Round seating group or opposite seating group
• Wall cabinets individually or all around
• Corner kitchens or long kitchen units
• Pharmacy cabinets with full extension
• Closets for hanging clothes, also with full extension
• Internal doors made of glass
• Shower and toilet in one room or in two separate rooms
• Flush toilet with macerator, dry toilet or humus toilet
• Fixed double bed in various widths, fold-down beds or bunk beds
• sliding partitions to sleeping areas
• and much more...

The interior design is probably the most important design element on your expedition vehicle. Whether wood, laminate or veneer, we offer great options for your furniture fronts. Cushion covers for the seating area can be individually selected from a wide range of fabrics and leathers.

There are also various designs to choose from when it comes to the floor laminate. For the kitchen worktop, we like to use oiled wood due to its insensitivity and appearance, other materials are of course also possible.

We also use space-saving, energy-efficient electrical devices to be installed. As standard, we install, for example, a 2-plate induction hob, a combined microwave oven and a coffee capsule machine including a set of environmentally friendly reusable capsules. Optionally available are not only a built-in central vacuum cleaner and a washing machine, but also one or more Smart TVs.

Our designers are happy to add their ideas, but we are also happy to receive new combination ideas from our customers. In a personal conversation you have the opportunity to experience the feel of the fabrics and materials and we explain the advantages and disadvantages of the respective surfaces.

We take into account the different requirements for our vehicles by means of individually compiled self-sufficiency packages. Depending on usage behavior (traveling, living, working ...) and depending on the consumer devices you have chosen, we put together a tailor-made package of electrotechnical control devices, sensors, photovoltaic systems (PV), batteries and operating elements.  

We install high-quality energy components and rely largely on products from VICTRON. Thanks to the smart control system, you have unlimited control:

• over all filling levels
• about the state of charge of the battery
• about the status of each control unit and consumer
• about the current feed-in from the PV system and
• about any need for action

If desired, the system can also be easily operated by using an app on your mobile phone. The integrated touch control panel clearly shows which devices are currently active.

With our high-performance electrical quality components you can achieve maximum self-sufficiency. Enjoy the greatest possible independence on your trip!

Pleasant, quick and, above all, room-filling warmth contribute significantly to well-being. With our well thought-out heating systems, you can bring the interior of your living room to the desired temperature in no time. Due to the low noise level and high performance, we are happy to recommend combined diesel-electric heaters with which you can select an energy source depending on the battery status. In addition, water is also heated at the same time. An additional boiler, which can optionally be used as a hot water tank from the engine heat of your vehicle, ensures a further increase in energy efficiency and at the same time creates redundancy.  

The hot air pipes are laid in such a way that every area of your room is adequately ventilated or heated. In the floor you also have the choice between an electric heating foil and a hot water heating circuit, which can be installed in an optional intermediate floor.

In the area of air conditioning, we consciously do not resort to standard solutions from the market, but have developed our own powerful air conditioning system, which in turn can be connected to the base vehicle and thus cools significantly more powerfully and at the same time significantly more energy-efficiently.

When traveling, water has to be one thing above all else: clean!  

With the help of ingenious filter systems, we ensure that the water you carry with you is of high quality - and is maintaining this quality!

Thanks to innovative filter technology, you can expect outstanding cleaning performance even in the standard version. When the water is filled up, it passes through sediment and UV filters. The water also goes through a two-stage filtration when it is removed from the tank.

The standard water package can optionally be expanded with an osmosis system for your own self-sufficient treatment of particularly heavily polluted fresh water. On request, we can install a separate drinking water tank.

Due to the low noise level and high performance, we like to recommend combined diesel-electric heaters for water heating, with which you can select one of the two energy sources depending on the battery status. An additional boiler, which can optionally be used as a hot water storage tank from the engine heat of your vehicle, ensures a further increase in energy efficiency and at the same time creates redundancy.

For the outdoor area, we optionally offer hot and cold water extraction, which can be used for an outdoor kitchen and / or an outdoor shower.

We only use energy-saving LED lighting, mostly in warm white in the living area.  

The standard equipment includes indirect lighting on the ceiling and floor of the entire interior, spot lamps for work surfaces and tables as well as reading lamps in seating and sleeping area. Optionally, we offer cabinet interior lighting and the attachment of additional light sources according to customer requirements.

For outdoor areas, we offer optional powerful LED spots with wide dimmable illumination, ambient underbody lighting, optional awning lighting and illuminated handles on doors and storage hatches. For the optimal operation of all network-controlled components, we offer the installation of a high-performance router for fully equiped living units. This ensures that all of your devices can have a reliable WiFi connection, even when you are traveling.

The router with integrated multi-SIM slots enables a smooth transition of the internet connection when crossing borders or when using SIM cards with limited data volume, for example. As soon as there is no longer a data connection on the specified standard SIM, the device automatically switches to the other SIM card without you having to reconnect your devices.

We optionally offer additional 4G / 5G / LTE antennas for improved reception of mobile networks installed on the vehicle.

REAR GARAGE Would you like to accommodate a quad or another vehicle inside of the living unit or would you like a customized storage system for your garage area? We offer you both electrical and manual platform lift systems as well as well thought-out solutions for the accessibility of spare parts, storage of recovery equipment and much more. 

CAMERA A camera system specially tailored to your needs can be ordered as an option. In this field we offer a complete set that meets both the needs of maneuvering your vehicle and your safety when being inside of the living unit. On two monitors - one in the drivers cabin of your vehicle and one in the living unit - exaclty those IR-cameras can be displayed, that are required for the particular situation. The recordings, which are from high resolution even in the dark, are stored on a receiver stationed in the living unit and can also be used to clarify cases of damage if necessary.

ALARM The basis of our wireless alarm system is a hub, which can be controlled using an app and can also be activated or deactivated using a keypad. Integrated into the WiFi network of the living unit, it also has its own SIM card, which ensures continued functionality in the event of an interruption in the internet connection via the router. Any number of magnetic contact sensors on windows, doors and hatches of the living unit can be connected to the system, the doors and windows of the basic vehicle can also be integrated. In addition, motion detectors and sirens are available to expand the system.

DOCUMENTATION We value consistent and coherent documentation. It starts with a detailed specification sheet when the contract is concluded, including floor plans and drawings, and does not end with the handover of the water supply plans and electrical circuit diagrams. When you come to pick up your expedition vehicle, we will give you a comprehensive manual including quick instructions for frequently asked questions and their possible solutions.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR We offer regular maintenance of the technical equipment of the living unit as well as vehicle maintenance. Every year we inform you about upcoming checks and introduce you to our new products. If possible and at your request, we will replace an old model by the new one or bring other new developments to your vehicle. This way, together with you, we guarantee the best possible value retention of your expedition vehicle.
